Senior Director, FP&A

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for Product Development, Research, and General & Administrative functions. The role involves managing a team of business partners, developing budgets and forecasts, and providing strategic financial guidance to support organizational growth in oncology.

Responsibilities

• Build cross-functional partnerships and embed finance into decision-making processes across assigned functions
• Develop operating budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses during planning cycles
• Act as financial thought partner translating business strategy into financial implications and operational efficiencies
• Oversee monthly financial reporting packages, accruals, and variance investigation
• Hire, mentor, and develop direct reports while promoting high performance and continuous improvement culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 12+ years biopharmaceutical finance or FP&A experience with progressive leadership
• 5+ years managerial experience
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience with PDM, CMC, Research, and G&A organizations preferred
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Global expansion experience preferred
