Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an integral role, focusing on managing and servicing a book of personal lines accounts from A-Z. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in personal lines insurance, a proactive approach to cross-selling, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Compensation Package Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually Commission: 3% on new business, 1% on renewals Responsibilities Manage and service a $2 million book of standard personal lines accounts. Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business. Proactively cross-sell additional products and services to clients. Utilize agency management software (Epic experience is a plus). Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Prior experience in personal lines insurance is essential; familiarity with Epic software is a plus.
