This high-growth, PE-backed health-tech SaaS company builds AI-powered sales and marketing tools for senior living communities and is now extending into operations, with a resident and family engagement platform and a new operations AI product launching soon. Thousands of communities already use the platform, giving expansion hires an established customer base and new logo hires a well-known brand to sell. Sales has been founder-led plus one seller, and they are now hiring several AE's (some to hunt new logo, some to farm existing accounts) to drive growth through targeted (rather than high-volume) prospecting. Reps run their own demos and ramp fully in about three months - this team is looking for hunters and farmers who will ramp quickly, so experience in this space is a huge plus.

What You Will Own

• New logo AE: win mid-market (5 to 15 facilities) or enterprise (15+ facilities) senior living organizations
• Farming/Expansion AE: grow existing senior living clients into operations-side solutions, opening new stakeholders inside accounts already using their products (CS owns day-to-day client management)
• Sell resident engagement now, then add the operations AI product when it launches in Q1 2027
• Deliver your own product demos
• Help shape the sales playbook as the team scales

What You'll Need

This role is a strong fit for Account Executives who have sold software into senior living operators or operations buyers, whether expanding accounts or winning new ones. xhyhwjd

• Sold into operations leaders (not just sales or IT buyers)
• Healthtech SaaS experience (patient engagement, EHR, RCM)
• Coachable and comfortable in ambiguity
• Comfortable traveling about 20% travel (should be close to a major airport)

Plus Skills

• Senior living, LTC, or skilled nursing software sales background
• HubSpot or similar CRM
• Gong, Loom, or similar sales tools
