• OTE: $200,000 to $220,000+

The Opportunity

HireDNA is partnering with an established B2B technology company seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven SaaS sales professional who excels at building pipeline, navigating complex sales processes, and closing new business. You'll join a growing organization with an established customer base, strong market demand, and opportunities for continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across an assigned territory.
• Engage senior-level decision-makers, understand business challenges, and communicate compelling value propositions.
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting while leveraging internal sales and marketing resources.
• Manage a mix of transactional and strategic opportunities with varying levels of complexity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer acquisition and ensure a seamless sales process.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience.
• Proven success selling SaaS, software, or technology solutions.
• Experience selling software or technology solutions into healthcare organizations
• Demonstrated success generating pipeline, winning new customers, and consistently closing
• Experience engaging senior-level executives and navigating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing consultative sales processes with typical sales cycles of 3 to 6 months.
• Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Consistent track record of quota attainment and sales performance.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
