You may also help review region-specific variations, including standard Albanian and commonly used dialects, to ensure outputs are contextually appropriate.

On a typical day, you will engage with the model in Albanian and English, review generated text for linguistic accuracy, annotate errors, provide corrected versions, and document patterns in model performance. You may also evaluate how well the model handles formal versus informal registers, technical terminology, or culturally specific references.

Native or near-native fluency in Albanian is required. A background in linguistics, translation, language education, journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with strong language proficiency and attention to detail are encouraged to apply. We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
