Ukrainian Language Specialist – AI Trainer Project Location: Italy (Remote) Overview We’re looking for a Ukrainian language specialist to help train large‑scale language models, ensuring they deliver high‑quality, linguistically accurate content for Ukrainian speakers worldwide. Responsibilities Interact with the model on language scenarios, covering verb conjugation, case systems, sentence structure, aspectual pairs, regional dialects, formal and informal speech, and other nuances of the Ukrainian language. Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of the model’s responses. Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes. Suggest improvements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. Communicate findings clearly and methodically, demonstrating your work. Qualifications A master’s or PhD in Ukrainian language, linguistics, or a closely related field. Peer‑reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands‑on linguistic analysis projects. Deep knowledge of Ukrainian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics. Strong metacognitive communication skills. Compensation Pay range: $8 to $65 per hour, determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer may vary within the listed range.
