Responsibilities

• Support managers and team leaders with daily operational activities
• Assist with team coordination, workflow organization, and performance objectives
• Develop leadership and professional communication skills through hands-on responsibilities
• Help maintain a productive, organized, and positive work environment
• Participate in training and leadership development initiatives
• Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and internal departments
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and processes
• Take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities
• Support the onboarding and development of team members as needed
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in day-to-day operations
