What You’ll Do

Complete daily service routes and assigned pest control services
Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply treatments
Communicate clearly with customers about services and next steps
Ensure safe product application following all PPE and compliance standards
Monitor treatment effectiveness and provide follow-up as needed
Maintain accurate service records and system updates
Keep your vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and ready

What Success Looks Like

Complete 98%+ of scheduled service stops
Maintain 90%+ accuracy in documentation and compliance
Achieve 70%+ customer satisfaction scores
Generate 8+ qualified leads per month
Resolve 95%+ of service issues within 24 hours
Maintain zero preventable safety or driving incidents

Requirements:

What You’ll Bring

Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions

Preferred:

Pest control or related field experience
Active pest control license or certifications
