Spare Parts Logistics & Kitting Specialist

Where: Ivyland, PA (Onsite) (Milton Roy - 201 Ivyland Rd. Warminster, PA 18974)

When: 1st Shift, Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

• Do you enjoy organizing parts, building kits, and seeing accurate shipments leave the dock?
• Are you fluent in ERP workflows (JD Edwards) and comfortable with both domestic and export paperwork?
• Can you juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and keep safety and quality front and center?

What you’ll do

• Pull spare parts, assemble and transact kitting work orders, then pack for shipment.
• Execute shipments in JD Edwards for U.S. and international orders; generate labels and documents; track turnbacks.
• Keep inventory in order—monitor levels, maintain organization, and request cycle counts.
• Apply ISO-aligned quality checks; document any issues, defects, or deviations from standard procedures.
• Wear PPE and follow all site safety rules.
• Stay informed about aftermarket product features and benefits; participate in ongoing training.
• Complete production logs and all required paperwork with precision.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, picking/packing, or logistics.
• Communication skills that land—both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving ability and comfort with varied, sometimes complex, tasks.

Bonus points

• Background in manufacturing or other fast-paced operations (1+ years preferred).
• General computer know-how (SSO, JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook).
• Capable of lifting 35 lbs solo and 70 lbs with a partner.

Tools of the trade

• Shipping/receiving and warehouse operations.
• Material handling, including loading/unloading vehicles and heavy material handling.
• Forklift license.
• Mechanical assembly and packaging experience.
• Meets physical requirements; excellent communication; basic computer skills.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and UPS Ozlink.
