Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, business and organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle and hiring deliverables, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.
• Own candidate management by developing and executing sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, guiding candidates from identification and engagement through offer extension and closing.
• Work cross-functionally with a team of high-performing recruiters, and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
• Use recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
• Source stellar candidates by looking beyond direct applications and leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting, or a combination of the three

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
• 4+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, including full-lifecycle recruiting, research, and sourcing
• 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while building strong working relationships with those managers and their teams
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
• Experience with compensation and general HR requirements as they relate to hiring
