Work Environment\n

You will work predominantly from a remote setting as part of our outpatient office framework. While telehealth technology will be utilized for most interactions, you may occasionally conduct home visit services to ensure that you are meeting the needs of your clients effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and mental health diagnoses, developing personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Implement short-term counseling interventions for patients addressing various issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, domestic violence, and behavioral health challenges.

• Provide timely and effective short-term case management services to ensure that patients are fully supported during their treatment journey.

• Participate actively in crisis intervention, including assessment and de-escalation, while collaborating with the public mental health crisis response team when necessary.

• Engage in follow-up assessments and develop prevention strategies with team members to enhance patient safety and reduce the risk of recurrence of mental health crises.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment teams and external agencies to ensure optimal patient outcomes and holistic care support.

The diverse clientele you will work with includes children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds, presenting an array of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in behavioral science with relevant post-licensure experience of at least two years.

• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Strong clinical skills and a track record of working successfully with individuals and groups in mental health settings.
