What you'll do: Support merchants in supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders for assigned categories. Assist in resolving supplier issues and facilitate the setup of new suppliers for stores and online channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer communication and education programs. Ensure accuracy and quality of product page content and maintain taxonomy guidelines. Analyze category performance data to support budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting. Implement approved feature proposals and modular assortment strategies across channels. Leverage data analysis tools to generate insights and support decision-making processes. Strong skills in category strategy development and product assortment planning to support business growth. Ability to analyze data effectively, leveraging insights to influence merchandising decisions and optimize category performance. Proficiency in managing purchase orders, supplier issue resolution, and item setup for both stores and online channels. Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally and support execution of promotional features and modular assortment strategies. The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
