About the Team Our Account Development Strategy & Operations team is responsible for designing, building, and running a world‑class sales organization to successfully grow our SMB restaurants through leading product solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of DoorDash’s evolution from a marketplace to a premier technology partner. You will support the strategy and operational backbone for Digital Ordering, our flagship white‑label solution that empowers merchants to host commission‑free ordering on their own websites. Your work will directly enable local businesses to grow their digital brands and own their customer relationships using DoorDash’s world‑class logistics and technology. We’re excited about you because… You have 2+ years of experience in sales, business planning, strategy & operations, business consulting, or analytics. You have a proven track record of driving cross‑functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast‑moving environment. You have a bachelor’s degree or higher. You’re an excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; SQL and Excel experience are required. Salesforce experience is strongly preferred. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future. The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado, is $88,400 – $130,000 USD. Benefits DoorDash cares about you and your overall well‑being.
