Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a mission-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and release of Eon’s AI-powered workflows that improve early detection, diagnosis, and patient outcomes. 

In your role within the Eon Product team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to specify product capabilities, align feature priorities, and introduce cutting-edge AI tools that elevate the user experience across Eon platform touchpoints. This role requires a focus on understanding clinical needs, designing effective solutions, and making informed trade-offs to balance customer demands with technical feasibility. The Sr. Product Manager will be a primary contributor to product definition and will be responsible for prioritizing and articulating new opportunities in the marketplace and defining the product roadmap in alignment with the overall business objectives.

You will own critical product initiatives from discovery through delivery, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, data science, and customer success. You’ll shape solutions that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with our long-term vision to transform complex clinical care journeys through data and AI.

What You’ll Do:

• Product Discovery & Strategy: Own the discovery process for new product features. You’ll engage with users to identify pain points and validate that our solutions solve actual clinical workflow problems. You’ll drive the product vision and roadmap for innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic business goals. 
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams, including implementation, commercial, and engineering, on product details to support the implementation of features in the field at key customer accounts. Partner with key internal and external partners, including AI experts and medical professionals, to define the product direction and build a robust feedback ecosystem. 
• End-to-End Product Ownership: Write clear business and functional requirements that support development efforts to oversee delivery and post-launch optimization. Prioritize features and balance trade-offs between performance, feasibility, and business impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Product Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Voice of Customer: Strong research and analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and an ability to represent the customer as a stakeholder in detailed design team meetings.
• Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Proven understanding of clinical workflows, Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs), and medical terminology or healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
• Methodology: Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree: Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field. .
• Clinical Acumen: Specialized knowledge in radiology and diagnostic pathways.
• Technical Acumen: Experience building or integrating AI/Machine Learning models, predictive analytics, EMR integrations, or clinical decision support tools.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $130,000-150,000 (yr base pay); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base (CEPA) pay information is based on market location.
