Staffing Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our staffing department, providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. Responsibilities:
• Staffing Management: Coordinate staffing schedules, assignments, and rotations to ensure optimal coverage and staffing levels.
• Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve staffing-related issues, including no-shows, last-minute cancellations, and scheduling conflicts.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including staffing metrics and trends.

Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
