Job Description
Job Title: Pediatric Hospitalist

- Clean file, no malpractice or unclear NPDB
- Board certification within 3-5 years of residency
- Current CV with all hospital affiliations


Description:
Urgent need for a Pediatric Hospitalist.
Coverage is for inpatient care with call only.
Call type is 24-hour beeper call.
Dates of need include June 25 - 29, July 2 - 7, July 23 - 27, and July 30 - August 1.
Lunch is not applicable.
Provider is required to cover specific shifts mentioned above.
No guaranteed hours per day.
Current CV must be uploaded during submission.
Providers must ensure all required documents and certifications are prepared for privileges.
2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty is required.
Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained.
Preferred skills include ventilator management and chest tube insertion for neonates.
Neonatal airway management and intubation are required.
Management of neonatal air leaks and emergent UVC placements are needed.
Emergency procedures will mainly occur in the emergency department.
Participants must be able to interpret EKGs.
The facility is not equipped to perform central line placement beyond the newborn period.
