We are seeking a qualified Neurological Surgeon for a locum position covering both inpatient and outpatient services. The provider will be responsible for clinic work and call coverage, including weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend call. The scheduled coverage dates are from November 21 to December 8 and December 27 to January 5. The typical work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, with on-call responsibilities during the evening and weekends. Call duties include night beeper coverage from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM and 24-hour weekend call shifts. The provider may not be in clinic all five days during these dates but should be prepared for both clinic and call responsibilities.

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

Credentialing Requirements:

• Current CV (must be uploaded to bid)
• Active or IMLC License
• DEA Certification
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency (BC preferred)
• Fluoro certification required (temporary fluoroscopy acceptable)
• Experience with complex spine cases (no airway certifications required)
• Submission of 100 cases within the past 24 months for privileges
• All HBS specialties require 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty, with explanations for gaps over 3 months
• Include current case logs upon presentation
