Salary: $138,100–173,200 per year (Dependent on experience) Work schedule: Full‑time / Hybrid Position Responsibilities Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards. Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, month‑end close, and internal controls. Manage tax compliance, audit activities, and regulatory reporting, including coordination with external auditors and oversight of required filings such as Form 990. Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis to support organizational growth and strategic decision‑making. Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive financial systems and process enhancements to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall finance function performance.
