Key Responsibilities: Lead overall sales strategy and account development for our growing Toy Division. Target, pitch, and secure new retail accounts across mass market, specialty, and e-commerce channels. Capitalize on our newly acquired major brand license to maximize distribution and shelf placement. Maintain strong relationships with active retail buyers while re-engaging open accounts. Collaborate closely with internal product development and management teams to align product lines with market demand. Analyze sales metrics, forecast order volume, and hit aggressive sales targets. Qualifications: 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in consumer hardlines or the toy industry. Proven track record of opening new accounts, building key buyer relationships, and driving volume growth. Strong presentation, negotiation, and contract closing skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize sales leads, and manage multiple retail pipelines. High energy and entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to scaling a brand division.
