Automation Test Lead

This role offers the opportunity to lead and elevate automation quality engineering across enterprise web, API, and distributed systems in a fast-paced, Agile-driven environment. You will play a key role in defining and executing automation strategies that ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performing software releases. Working closely with development, DevOps, and product teams, you will embed quality throughout the CI/CD pipeline and accelerate delivery confidence. The position blends hands-on technical automation work with leadership responsibilities, including framework design, test strategy, and mentoring. You will help shape modern QA engineering practices, improve test coverage, and drive continuous improvement across the software lifecycle.
