Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Location: Long Beach, CA Compensation: $140,000-$150,000 base + discretionary bonus Direct-Hire Placement Overview We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing, manufacturing organization with approximately $150-200M in revenue. This role will be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting processes, internal controls, and communication with Finance teams Key Responsibilities + Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness + Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow + Manage financial reporting under GAAP + Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with executive leadership and FP&A + Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports + Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes + Serve as the primary liaison for financial reporting to the international parent company + Drive process improvements, particularly within ERP environment Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) + CPA certification (preferred) + 6+ years of progressive accounting experience + 3+ years of management experience with direct reports + Strong financial reporting + Manufacturing industry experience is a plus + Experience with Oracle similar ERP systems preferred + Strong communication with international stakeholders Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Long Beach, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
