Accounting Assistant Manager

Responsibilities Supports the Operations department and Accounting Manager to ensure smooth processing, to complete payments and billing activities related to logistics operations. Ensures all general ledger accounting functions as well as month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing responsibilities are completed timely for all accounting teams through collaboration and communicating the deadlines. Assists with the confirmation of sales revenue, manages accounting department schedule such as closing, auditing, meetings, and so on; follows USA GAAP and operational compliance requirements as necessary. Supports Accounting Manager on special projects and workflow. Manages and reports cash flow, bank transactions, and cash disbursement to management; performs audit correspondence. Ensures timely completion of all general ledger accounting functions, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, by coordinating closely with accounting teams and effectively communicating deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
