Test Manager

Are you a highly motivated Test Manager ? EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a skilled Test Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead test activities, ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define testing strategies, manage test execution, and oversee defect resolution. The position is for a mixed remote and on premises working mode and based in Athens – Greece. What You\'ll Do: Develop and implement test strategies and test plans for software projects; Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive coverage; Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and best practices; Ensure test cases align with business requirements and technical specifications; Collaborate with development teams to define test environments and data requirements; Monitor test execution, track defects, and report on quality metrics. Mandatory University degree or equivalent; 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance; Experience with test management tools and understanding of test automation frameworks; Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Good command of the english language.
