Travel Physical Therapist

Position Description

8AM-4:30PM M-F

One Weekend required per month. 6 patients per day Inpatient and Acute units. Must float Responsible to complete all aspects of care for assigned patient load including evaluations, formulating plan of care, collaboration of care plans with patient/family/other disciplines, performing therapeutic interventions, education, and meeting all documentation requirements outlined in department. Geriatric, Neurological, Stroke & Amputation patients. Education - Required Doctorate of Physical Therapy Certifications – Required

AHA BLS

Or Red Cross Licenses – Required Current Alabama Physical Therapist License Maintains active status with license in good standing with the state board or licensing agency. Preferred along with PT. OT and SLP licenses. Experience - Required 2 years’ experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty. #J-18808-Ljbffr TEEMA Solutions Group
