Software Test Engineer

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Software Test Engineer will design, implement, and maintain robust test frameworks for back-end services, ensuring product quality through comprehensive test case automation and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities Design and implement automated tests while performing functional and regression testing Identify potential bugs and isolate existing issues in back-end services and large data sets Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Project teams to uphold product quality throughout the development lifecycle Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred Experience with Java, SQL, and Python; familiarity with AWS data tools is a plus Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test automation within backend systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills Commitment to maintaining technical quality assurance as part of the development process
