Claiborne Senior Living is hiring a Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher to help create a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for our residents. If you take ownership of your work, act with integrity, and believe that culture matters, we’d love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do
- Transport dishes, utensils, and equipment to and from the kitchen
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen items
- Keep the dish room, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized
- Assist with kitchen breakdown and daily cleaning tasks
- Support dining room service when needed
- Maintain a safe environment by following sanitation and safety standards
- Interact with residents, families, and guests in a friendly and professional way
- Communicate any concerns about resident well-being to your supervisor
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous restaurant or dining experience preferred
- Experience working with seniors is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety
- Team player with a positive, reliable attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
