AS Beauty’s portfolio includes renowned brands Laura Geller Beauty, Bliss, Cover FX, Julep Beauty, and Mally Beauty. \n \nRole Summary
\nResponsible for supporting the day-to-day commercial operations and business performance of AS Beauty's Amazon channel. This role executes against revenue goals while contributing to the strategic inputs that drive success on Amazon, including assortment, promotions, and placement. The Amazon Manager works closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, merchandising, advertising, and operations to execute growth initiatives and ensure the brand is well-positioned within the marketplace.
\n \nKey Responsibilities

- Revenue Support: Execute against revenue targets for the Amazon business, contributing to strategies that drive sustainable and profitable growth \n
- Promotion & Placement Execution: Support the promotional strategy and placement priorities for Amazon, ensuring key products receive the visibility needed to drive sales and brand performance \n
- Business Planning: Contribute to joint business planning efforts with Amazon and internal cross-functional teams, supporting alignment on growth strategies, category opportunities, and commercial initiatives \n
- Forecasting & Operational Alignment: Partner with operations and supply chain teams to support demand forecasting and ensure inventory readiness for sales plans, launches, and promotional events \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 4–6 years of experience in Amazon or DTC sales \n
- Hands-on proficiency with Amazon Seller Central \n
- Analytical mindset with experience working against revenue targets and interpreting P&L data \n
- Strong collaboration and communication skills \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Experience in Beauty or CPG in a fast-paced consumer brand environment \n
- Familiarity with Amazon vendor or seller relationships \n
