You enjoy traveling (internationally and domestically)!

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Junior Account Manager to join our fast-paced Sales team at a leading fashion housewares company.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities, takes ownership of their work, and cares about getting the details right. You’ll work closely with your sales team and cross-functional teams to support key wholesale retail accounts and help keep customer programs moving from concept through execution.

What You’ll Do

• Support your Sales team with the day-to-day management of key retail accounts.
\n
• Prepare for customer meetings, including presentations, samples, pricing, product information, and follow-up.
\n
• Manage customer and product data entry with a high level of accuracy.
\n
• Coordinate and track product samples, approvals, revisions, and customer deadlines.
\n
• Assist with new item setup, customer forms, pricing, product specifications, and account documentation.
\n
• Track open items, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep projects on schedule.
\n
• Partner with Product Development, Design, Operations, and other internal teams to support customer needs.
\n
• Maintain organized account files, meeting notes, sample records, and customer information.
\n
• Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively follow through from start to finish.
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Sales Support, Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field.
\n
• Wholesale company experience and a strong understanding of the retail environment are highly preferred.
\n
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
\n
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
\n
• Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
\n
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
