Junior Account Manager

Job Description
Top Hat is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Junior Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our high-end residential clients. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, technicians, and vendors to ensure all services and projects are delivered with professionalism, urgency and care. This is a junior role with a clear roadmap to Account Management.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Take ownership of assigned client accounts— own the client experience as the advocate for client satisfaction.
\n• Provide support designated Account Manager(s).
\n• Manage ongoing client communication and ensure timely follow-up on requests and services.
\n• Coordinate with Project Managers on larger projects assigned to their department
\n• Join project kick-offs, check-ins, and walkthroughs; assist with proposals and vendor follow-ups.
\n• Stay accountable for accurate records and service data in our internal systems.
\n• Support Account Manager(s) in identifying areas of opportunities to better service our clients.
\n \nRequirements:
\n• 1+ years in direct to client customer service
\n• Experience in trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) or familiarity with trade terminology is a plus.
\n• Experience in high-end property or account management is plus.
\n• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
\n• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace; ConnectWise or similar client management software a plus.
\n• Comfortable working with high-net worth clients.
\n• Ability to work onsite – on client property or in office - 5 days a week.
\n \nSalary Range: $50K-$60K DOE
