Pay $30–$42 / hr piece rate Schedule Mon–Fri flexible start Location Greater Houston area What you'll do Three-coat taping — mud, tape, first coat, block coat, skim where specified Maintain clean joints and straight lines across the job Run a bazooka or banjo for high-volume scope Flag framing or hanging issues before they turn into finish issues Requirements 3+ years taping experience Comfortable with three-coat system Bazooka or banjo experience a plus Nice to have Level 5 skim-coat experience Your own automatic tools Your first week Paired with one of our senior tapers on a residential project. We walk every joint together the first couple of days so expectations on our finish standard are clear. Pay and schedule Piece rate. Weekly pay, direct deposit.
