Resident Service AssistantThe Windsor of Savoy in Savoy, Illinois is looking for a Resident Service Assistant (RSA) to join our team! In this rewarding role, you'll help our assisted living and memory care residents with daily activities, provide personal care, and ensure their comfort and safety while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team.Schedules:Day Shift, 6:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.Every other Saturday & SundayApproximately 16 hours per 2-week pay periodMust be able to work every other weekend and;Have open availability/flexibility to pick up additional PRN shifts when requestedPay Range (DOE): $16.64 - $27.18What You'll Do:Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal/activity remindersHelp residents prepare for appointments, outings, and transportation in a timely mannerRespond to resident calls promptly and assist in emergencies as neededMonitor and document vital signs and other health-related tasksAct as a mentor to new RSAs, helping to train and guide team membersFoster a warm, caring environment for residents and familiesWhat We're Looking For:A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or 1 year of caregiving experienceAbility to perform vital sign checks, blood glucose monitoring, and other care procedures (training available!)Compassionate, positive attitude with a passion for helping older adultsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamCPR/BLS and Food Handler certifications (or the ability to obtain within 30 days)Must be able to pass preemployment screening.Our pre-employment screening includes a physical, TB test and drug screenBenefits: Health/Vision/Dental insurance available for all positions working more than 20 hours per week, 40 hours per pay periodIf you're ready to make an impact, share your compassion, and be part of a team that values care and respect, apply today to become a Resident Service Assistant at Windsor of Savoy!
