Commercial Real Estate Attorney

An award-winning regional firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney for lateral placement. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience with real estate financing, investment, leasing, and capital raising. A background in commercial and residential real estate transactions and development is strongly desired. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with commercial transactions in Washington state Commercial property representation for a variety of uses Acquisition, disposition, financing Environmental regulations, zoning, and permitting requirements Representing landlords and tenants in leasing opportunities Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong analytical skills Benefits: Benefits include dental, medical, vision, short & long term disability, life insurance, PTO, 401k, and holiday pay.
