At stage 1, we look to train candidates in the field of sales, marketing and promotions as well as market research and customer service. Cross training in public speaking, time management, budget management will also be provided. At stage 2, we expect results in team building, small scale team management, sales management, small scale HR as well as administrative duties. Stage 3 is the fine tuning period before stage 4 where our teams master human resources, public relations, client management and sales processing. At stage 4, our managers will have an opportunity to run and direct an entire sales and marketing campaign on behalf of one of our clients.
