Account Executive

Job Title Account Executive Position Overview Enterprise Solutions, part of STO Building Group, is looking for an Account Executive to support their efforts with Enterprise Clients. The ideal candidate will possess +/- 10 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, a deep understanding of the CM/GC sector, strong business acumen and networking skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strong relationships with potential and current client decision-makers. Develop and maintain the Account Playbook. Integrate yourself with the local project delivery team, being active and present at all key client meetings to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality, safety, and profitability. Establish and implement a margin strategy for the account; ensure projects are set up to achieve success and profitability. Establish a successful construction reporting cycle from project start to finish, factoring in company processes and considerations into job site problem-solving. Effectively identify and mitigate project risks before they impact service delivery to the client. Identify and manage project risks, balancing priorities such as schedule, budget, quality, and safety. Elevate potential areas of concern, communicating major issues with leadership. Travel to, attend, and add value to any milestone project events. Travel requirements throughout the US vary by month but typically average 2 trips monthly, a mix of day trips and single overnights. Some multiday conferences will also apply. Build and maintain an effective team culture that aligns with organizational culture. Effectively communicate, resolve conflicts, and manage morale. Qualifications Experience Minimum of +/- 10 years in the A/E/C industry or closely related field, managing teams/matrix teams responsible for complex project delivery. Education Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Attributes Exceptional client relationship management skills. Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication and strong analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Client‑focused and collaborative mindset. Salary & Compensation Salary: $175,000 - $200,000. In addition to base pay, eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
