Thomas Printworks is seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional to lead new business development across a regional territory from our Phoenix, AZ office.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven hunter who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term client partnerships. You’ll develop and manage a strong pipeline of organizations looking for integrated print, marketing, and fulfillment solutions —not transactional or commodity print services.

You will work closely with experienced operations and sales support professionals who help bring your solutions to life and deliver an exceptional client experience. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, understanding each prospect’s business needs, and developing customized solutions that create measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships within a defined regional territory
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline with clear value-based opportunities
• Lead consultative sales conversations focused on solving customer challenges
• Collaborate with estimating, customer service, production, and fulfillment teams to deliver on commitments
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and activity tracking using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Consistently grow a pipeline capable of generating $1M+ annually within 24 months
• Manage sales forecasting and territory planning to meet revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales within the print industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

You Will Have Access To:

• CRM and prospecting tools
• Estimating and pricing support
• Dedicated CSR and project management support after the sale
• Marketing support and target account resources
