As a HR Coordinator, you will function as a Sr. Admin of the HR Business Partner and Sr. HR Manager - You will be handling candidate new hire onboarding and paperwork including I-9's, welcome emails, coordinating training for new hires and other HR administrative duties. You will be working closely with the HR Management Team on a daily basis. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- 3+ years of HR Coordinator or HR Generalist experience
- Handling all Admin work for the HR Team (ie: New Hire Onboarding, Welcome emails, coordinating training for New Hires, Onboarding Paperwork Including I-9's)
- Experience supporting HR Business Partners/ Sr. HR Managers
- Strong experience with the MS Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills & Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and high initiative -
- Strong Employee customer service
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
HRBP/ HR Generalist background would be beneficial
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
