About The Role Our client, a prominent AM100 law firm, is seeking a Mid-level or Senior Patent Agent or Mid-level Patent Associate to provide patent prosecution services in software and electronics IP. Key Responsibilities Prepare and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications. Collaborate with clients in various industries, providing strategic patent portfolio management. Support due diligence, patent litigation, or licensing matters as needed.
