Pay Rate: $20.00 per hourShift: Overnight 6:45pm-7am, Rotating 2-week shift: Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat (4 days, 48 hours), Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thu (3 days, 36 hours), Off every other weekend. What’s a typical day as Production Technician? You’ll be:

• Operating twin screw extruders to produce engineering plastics compounds
• Selecting, charging, and mixing raw materials for production
• Setting up and operating processing equipment, packaging, and labeling finished products
• Participating in training activities such as computer-based learning and job shadowing
• Reporting to the Shift Supervisor and following all safety and quality protocols

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School diploma or GED (required)
• Have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience 
• Possess strong teamwork skills and can work under time constraints
• Demonstrate excellent customer focus and attention to detail
• Are committed to safety and reliable process execution
