Sales Manager in Training Program This is a 90-day leadership development program designed to prepare high-performing sales professionals for a Sales Manager position. During the training period, you will learn Vanterra's sales process, products, leadership expectations, and branch operations while working alongside experienced leaders and sales professionals. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a Sales Manager role responsible for leading a sales team, driving branch performance, and helping grow the business. During the First 90 Days You Will: Complete a structured leadership and sales training program. Learn Vanterra's products, services, estimating tools, and sales systems. Conduct in-home appointments with homeowners and provide customized solutions. Build a strong understanding of branch operations and customer experience. Work alongside Sales Managers and leadership to prepare for a management role. After Successfully Completing Training, You Will: Lead and coach a high-performing sales team. Manage sales performance, accountability, lead management, and reporting. Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives. Partner with operations, marketing, customer service, and leadership to drive branch success. Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, and team performance. Resolve customer escalations and support your team's success. Conduct weekly sales meetings and ongoing coaching. Help identify new business opportunities and support company growth. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Qualifications Previous sales experience required; leadership experience is a plus. Experience in home improvement, construction, foundation repair, waterproofing, roofing, HVAC, solar, pest control, or other in-home sales industries is preferred but not required. Strong leadership potential with a desire to coach and develop others. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using CRM software and technology. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. $50,000–$60,000 base salary during the 90‑day training period, plus commission. Promotion to Sales Manager upon successful completion of training. $90,000+ annual earning potential plus performance bonuses after training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
