Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bradley Beck - State Farm Agent
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bradley Beck - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and providing needs-based selling of Auto, Home and Life Insurance. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email and text.
- Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers.
- Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs.
- Meet established marketing activities goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks each and every day.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
