Job Opportunity – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Minnesota

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Minnesota

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants. Includes premium call pay, overtime at 1.5x, and holiday differential

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8–10 hour shifts with rotational weekend and PM call coverage. Fridays emergent cases only. Call response time 30 minutes

• Comprehensive call compensation: Weekend beeper call $1,500/24 hours, weeknight overnight $800, callback at 1.5x hourly rate
• Epic EMR system with 8-hour orientation provided
• Sleep rooms available at both facilities for onsite call needs

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota CRNA licensure
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRNA
• Strong OB anesthesia experience required, including VBAC/TOLAC competency
• Proficiency in epidurals, spinal blocks, TAP blocks, and peripheral nerve blocks
• Pediatric and ENT anesthesia experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications current
• Ability to practice in both supervised and unsupervised care models
• Fingerprinting required prior to credentialing (48-hour processing time)
