Government Sales Representative (AZ / NM / NV Region)

Identify and pursue government sales opportunities across assigned region

Manage the RFP/bid process from start to finish

Build relationships with: Fleet managers Procurement officers Municipal and state agencies

Develop pricing strategies aligned with company goals

Coordinate with local stores to ensure: Service expectations are clearly communicated Contracts are executed effectively

Maintain and grow existing government accounts

Track contract performance and identify expansion opportunities

3+ years of outside sales experience (B2G or fleet sales preferred) Experience with government bidding and contract processes strongly preferred Strong understanding of fleet operations (commercial tire experience is a plus) Ability to travel throughout AZ, NM, and NV Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven with a strategic sales mindset

Winning multi-location or statewide government contracts Strong alignment between sales commitments and store execution Long-term, repeatable government business across the region

Industry leader in commercial tire sales and service Established infrastructure to support government accounts Strong local store network to fulfill contracts High-growth opportunity within a specialized sales channel
