The Quality Manager to lead quality operations in machining environment. This hands-on leadership role will oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure products consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team.
• Manage and improve the QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO and customer standards.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve processes, reduce defects, and enhance product quality.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections, including CMM and precision measurement activities.
• Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
• Serve as the primary quality contact for customers, suppliers, and audits.
• Support quality planning activities, including PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and capability studies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quality experience within precision manufacturing.
• 3+ years of quality leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, GD&T, dimensional inspection, SPC, MSA, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with CMMs, quality systems, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000
