To support a growing national family law firm, the full-time remote Legal Talent Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and corporate talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition department. Key responsibilities Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and publish job postings Source and recruit legal and corporate talent in alignment with departmental strategies Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and facilitate the hiring process Required qualifications A minimum of two years of direct legal recruiting experience is required Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, including familiarity with Salesforce Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing for hard-to-fill roles Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom A college degree is preferred
