As a Remote Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will work closely with our project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

- Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

- Support project managers in resolving any project-related conflicts or issues

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and procedures

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience working with remote teams is a plus
