Project Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a project coordinator to schedule and coordinate external B2B customers and technical subject matter experts for a high‑tech client team in Redmond, WA. This long‑term, full‑time contract role is fully remote. Applicant Location Requirement Applicants must be based in CA, WA, NY, FL, TX or OH. Responsibilities Match interested customers with the appropriate client SMEs and schedule meetings for the two parties to discuss technical implementation details. Listen to customer interest or concerns, make sound judgments on appropriate technical SME matches, manage Outlook calendars, coordinate schedules, and handle complexities involved in scheduling busy people. Provide collaborative, responsive, positive, and extremely organized support. Requirements Three or more years of technical project coordination experience. Strong experience scheduling and managing Outlook calendars. Prior external customer‑facing experience, such as business‑to‑business or large enterprise engagement. Experience interpreting customer needs to match them with appropriate technical experts. Preferred Experience working within a large technology company environment. Compensation Pay range: $38–43/hr (W2, depending on experience). Base pay: $38.00/hr – $43.00/hr.
