As a home health Physical Therapist, you will deliver one-on-one, patient-centered care in patients’ homes throughout Elizabeth City and surrounding communities. Patient caseloads are planned to support appropriate visit lengths, thorough assessments, and meaningful interventions. The care environment emphasizes collaboration and support.
