We are looking for a hard‑working, coachable general dentist with some pediatric experience who is passionate about caring for children. The ideal candidate is patient, has an excellent chairside manner, and communicates clearly with both kids and parents. Compensation is highly competitive, based on production and work ethic, with the potential to earn $1,000+ per day – depending on production skills and experience. Requirements & Skills Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred (motivated new graduates welcome) Proficient and efficient in pediatric procedures: restorations, pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, extractions, and space maintainers Patient, compassionate, and skilled in working with children Active California dental license We will assist with Denti‑Cal provider sign-up Practice Culture Outcome-oriented: results-focused with a strong performance culture People-oriented: supportive and fairness-focused Team-oriented: collaborative, cooperative environment Clinical Setting Pediatric & General Dentistry specialty practice.
