Garden Center Associate

Join our team as a Garden Center Sales Associate! We’re looking for passionate individuals who love plants and want to help our customers find the perfect additions for their homes and gardens. Key Responsibilities Customer Assistance: Help customers with plant selections and answer their questions about care and maintenance. Plant Diagnosis: Identify and diagnose issues such as fungus, pests, or other plant health concerns. Inventory Management: Maintain the quality of plants and merchandise, ensuring that everything is well‑stocked and visually appealing. Knowledge Application: Understand various plant types and their specific environmental needs to provide tailored advice to customers. Stocking and Unloading: Assist in unloading delivery trucks and stocking merchandise efficiently. Qualifications Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions. Availability: Flexible to work weekdays and weekends. Passion for Plants: A genuine enthusiasm for horticulture and a desire to share that passion with customers.
