Perfecto Staffing is hiring an Industrial Sales Representative for our Carrollton-based client, a well-established provider of industrial repair, replacement, and maintenance solutions.

Carrollton, TX | In Office | Full-Time
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$22-$25/hr BOE + Uncapped Commission

This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and serving as a trusted resource to manufacturing and industrial customers. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional with experience in B2B sales, industrial distribution, MRO products, electrical components, automation, maintenance services, or related industries.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach to manufacturing and industrial organizations.
• Maintain a high level of outbound sales activity, including phone calls, follow-up communications, and prospecting efforts.
• Build strong working relationships with maintenance managers, plant managers, operations leaders, purchasing professionals, and other key decision-makers.
• Promote repair, replacement, and parts solutions across multiple industrial service lines, including:
• • Electronics
  • Hydraulics & Pneumatics
  • Motors & Mechanical Components
• Manage accounts throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting and quote follow-up to ongoing account development.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal operations and leadership teams to ensure excellent customer service and support.
